Transformer body

Our transformer tank bodies are manufactured with a strong focus on dimensional accuracy, structural integrity, welding quality, leak-proof performance, and long-term durability. We manufacture tanks suitable for power and distribution transformers across a wide range of voltage and MVA ratings.

End frame

End Frames and Dashpots are precision-fabricated components used in transformer construction to provide structural support, stability, and secure mounting of associated transformer components.

Special attention is given to dimensional accuracy, weld quality, rigidity, and surface finish, as these components must withstand mechanical loads and stresses encountered during transformer assembly, transportation, and operation.

WORKFLOW // FOUR STAGES

FROM DRAWING TO DISPATCH

A straightforward production path keeps decisions visible and each stage accountable.

01

Review

We study the drawing, material, tolerances, quantity, and finish before work begins.

02

Prepare

Material is measured, cut, and readied around the approved production plan.

03

Fabricate

Skilled hands form, fit, weld, and finish each part to the agreed specification.

04

Inspect

Dimensions, joints, and finish are checked before the completed work is released.
